More than 98% is a technical term used for the concentration of flavanols in cocoa that contains more than 2.0% of flavonoids by weight. More Than 98% (M98%) has several health benefits such as it helps to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, improves blood flow and oxygen supply to tissues, enhances immune function, and prevents cancer cell growth.
