Scrub:
Scrub is a mixture of salt, sugar and water which is used for exfoliating the skin. It helps in removing dead cells from the skin. Scrubs are usually made up of organic ingredients such as fruits, vegetables or herbs. They can also have synthetic (man-made) ingredients such as glycolic acid in them but they should have some natural content in it to help with the exfoliation process.
