Ferric Sulphate is a chemical compound with the formula Fe2(SO4)3. It is a dark green to black crystalline solid that is soluble in water. Polyferric Sulphate, also known as Ferrosulphate, Ferrosulfate or Iron Sulfate, are salts of ferrous sulfates with varying amounts of water of hydration associated with them. They are used principally for wastewater treatment and as flocculants in papermaking.

Ferric sulfate is a chemical compound of iron, sulfur and oxygen. It has formula Fe2S3O8. The name ferric comes from the Latin word for black or dark iron oxide (Fe2O3). Ferric sulfate is usually found in two forms - monohydrate and trihydrate.
Polyferric Sulphate:
It is a chemical compound of ferric chloride and polysulfate. It has the ability to chelate heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, and zinc. Polyferric Sulphate also finds application in water treatment where it is used for removing manganese and magnesium from wastewater.
