FT Wax is a type of plant wax that is produced by the floral parts of plants. It has a number of important functions, including providing protection to the plant from environmental stressors, acting as a sealant to prevent water loss, and helping to control photoperiodism.


C35-C80 Type:


C35-C80 is a type of fatty acid ester that is derived from vegetable oils and animal fats. It has the chemical formula CnH2nO2. The product name comes from its molecular weight which ranges between 35-80%. C35-C80 Type can be used in various applications such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food additives and others.


C80-C100 Type:


C80-C100 type is a colorless liquid wax with the melting point between 80 and 100 degrees. It has high demand in the cosmetics industry as it is used for making polishes, creams, lipsticks, and other personal care products.


Application Insights:


The application segment is sub-divided into adhesive industry, ink, coating & polishes, polymer processing and textiles. In 2017, the ink application segment accounted for over 40% of the overall consumption while the coating & polishes segment was around 30%.
