Vacuum furnace brazing is a process where two metal surfaces are joined by a filler material using vacuum as a binder. Atmosphere Furnace Brazing:
Atmosphere furnace brazing and it's usage in the furnace brazing services market is a process where filler metal is braze welded or soldered to the base metal using an electric arc. The filler metals can be made of different alloys depending upon the requirements. The advantages of atmosphere furnaces are that they produce joints with high strength, good electrical resistance, low thermal conductivity and provide hardenability required for industrial applications.
