A glass-lined reactor is a type of reactor vessel typically used in chemical engineering and petrochemical plants. It is made from a steel shell which is lined with a layer of glass, usually borosilicate, to prevent corrosion and fouling.

AE type is used in the glass lined reactors for thermal processing. The thermal process includes processes such as heating, cooling and sterilization. AE type is a safety system that consists of an automatic shutdown mechanism to prevent overheating or overcooling of the core in case of emergency situations such as pump failure or coolant loss. It also provides protection against potential damage to pumps, heat exchangers and other critical components by shutting down the unit before any accident occurs.


BE Type:


The basic energy unit (Btu) is a measure of heat energy used by the nuclear reactor. The amount of heat required to boil one Btu of water is equal to ergs per minute. One Btu is approximately equal to 0.27 joules or 3.8 x 10-4 erg .


Application Insights:


The other application segment includes the nuclear industry. The product is used in various applications such as aes, industrial gases, and others.
