Less Than 98%:


The less than 98% is a type of specialty harpagide, which has low moisture content. It is used in the food industry as an ingredient for manufacturing various products such as cheese and butter among others. The less than 98% concentrated harpagide can also be used to produce infant food and nutritional drinks on account of its properties such as promoting growth & development in children under the age of three years.
