Fluoropolymer heat shrinkable tube is a kind of plastic product, which consists of two parts: the outer layer and an inner core. The outer layer has high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion property; while the inner core has low thermal conductivity and high thermal expansion property. When heated, the polymer changes its shape from soft to rigid due to temperature rise in between. Due to this reason, it is also called as hot plastic or hot rubber.
