5N High Purity Copper:


5N High Purity Copper is a new term in the industry and refers to the purity level of copper used for making high-purity copper target. 5N means that there are no more than five natural impurities (excluding trace elements) per kg of weight. Pure copper has only one natural impurity, which isCu(I); whereas 5N HPCopper has zero Cu(I) content.


6N High Purity Copper:


6N high purity copper is a special type of copper with 99.999% pure content. It has six times the normal amount of copper for the same weight and it has higher conductivity than normal copper. 6N high purity copper can be used in applications such as chip carriers, interconnects, and memory devices due to its superior properties which include low resistivity and better conduction ability compared to normal coppers.
