High Temperature Nylon (HTN) is a thermoplastic engineering polymer derived from nylon 6,6. It has better heat resistance than other nylons, and can operate at temperatures up to 280 °C (536 °F).


PA6T:


PA6T, which stands for Polyamide 6, is a kind of nylon. It has similar properties to PA66 but with higher heat resistance. PA6T can be used in high temperature applications because it has a lower melting point than PA66 and does not melt when exposed to high temperatures.


PA46:


PA46 is a high-performance material, which provides excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength. It has been used in the production of HTN materials on account of its superior properties. PA46 offers low density, good tensile strength & modulus, and outstanding elongation at breakage as compared to other polyamide 46 products available in the market.
