It has been designed for applications where high specific weight, low density and small size are required. The 15-50um hollow fly ash microsphere has a volume of 0.2 ml and can be used as an alternative to sand in various applications such as concrete, paper making, paint mixing and plastic manufacturing industries.


50~135um:


50-135um is a range of hollow fly ash microspheres that have applications in construction, agriculture and soil modification. 50-135um hollow fly ash microspheres are manufactured using high purity raw materials such as coal and iron ore. The production process involves melting the aforementioned raw materials to produce a homogenous mass which is then passed through an extrusion die to obtain the final product.
