Ebb- Flow (Flood and Drain):


Ebb-flow (flood and drain) is a method of nutrient delivery for hydroponic systems. It helps in the movement of solids, liquid or gases through a system by using pulses of high flow followed by an interval of lower than average flow. The ebb-flow system can be used with any type of media including rock wool, perlite, gravel and sand among others.
