Industrial gas meters are typically larger and more durable than residential or commercial gas meters, and they can measure higher flow rates. Diaphragm Gas Meter:
Diaphragm gas meter is a portable device used for measuring the flow of gases. It works on the principle of vacuum and pressure difference between two chambers. One chamber has a constant pressure and other has variable vacuum depending upon gas being measured. The diaphragm is used as an element to convert varying vacuum into uniform pressure across the measurement range thus enabling accurate measurements even at high flows.
Turbine Gas Meter:
A turbine gas meter is a device used to measure the flow of gases in turbines. It measures the volumetric flow rate of different gases such as steam, condensate, flue gas desulfurization gas and other by using rotary vane meters. The measurement principle behind these devices is based on Differential Scanning Interferometry (DSI).
Application Insights:
The others application segment includes automotive, power generation and petrochemicals among other applications.
