Fine analog sun sensors are used in industrial sun sensors to measure the intensity of UV radiation. The working principle is based on the photoelectric effect. Fine analog sun sensor works on similar principal but instead of using a semiconductor it uses an optical fiber for exposure and detection of sunlight's wavelength.
