Vertical type Injection machines are used for printing and cutting of materials such as paper, cardboards, plastics & metals. Vertical type injection machines have a print head at the bottom and material to be printed on top. The print head prints text or designs on the material which is then cut by the machine using an electric blade system. These vertical type injection machines can be used in various sectors such as commercial printing, newspapers & magazines, packaging industries etc.
Horizontal Type:
Horizontal type is a printing mechanism that prints the text or image on the moving paper. It is also known as flat-bed printer, since it prints on a bed of paper which can be laid horizontally across an open frame. Horizontal types are widely used in office automation and large commercial printers for printing forms, labels, brochures and other printed materials.
The horizontal type injection machine uses two metal plates as printable surfaces; one plate is fixed.
