Single-level-cell (SLC) is a type of flash memory which uses charge carriers to store data. SLC is made up of two floating gate transistors, one controlling the write and other the read operation. The stored information can be either in the form of digital data or analog values.

Through Hole Type:


The through hole type is also known as front side bus. The size and shape of this opening can be controlled by changing the shape and size of jumpers or capacitors present on either side of it.
