Leptomycin B is an antibiotic isolated from Streptomyces verticillus. It inhibits the synthesis of protein by bacteria and is used to treat tuberculosis.

5 Milligram:
5 Milligram is a weight measurement for the active ingredient in the antibiotic drug Leptomycin B. It's main use is to measure how much of an antibiotic drug will fit into a certain sized container. The higher the number, generally means more does it mean better? Not always true because there are other factors that come into play such as dose and type of bacteria etc but generally 5 MG or above usually works best against most types of bacteria.
