An insert thermostat is a device that controls the temperature of an automobile engine by modifying the flow of coolant in its cylinders. The device can be installed either upstream or downstream from the main thermostat, depending on its location in an automotive engine. It is controlled by a microcomputer that receives signals from a sensor mounted on one or more heat-sensitive switches mounted to the car's body near its air conditioning system.


Housing Thermostat:


A housing thermostat is a device that regulates the temperature of an automobile. It is installed in an automotive ventilator and controls the flow of outside air into the car's cabin through a filter, heat sensor, and control valve. The product works on two basic principles namely MAP (Manual Air Control) system and temperature-based automatic control systems.
