Direct Thermal Condensation:


Direct thermal condensation (DTC) is a new technology that involves the rapid drying of liquid in an open air environment. The process takes place at a temperature lower than 100oC, which makes it suitable for microbeads production. DTC is considered as one of the most effective and fastest technologies to produce high purity microbeads with low particle size distribution.


Emulsion Process:


The emulsion process is used to produce micro-sized oil droplets in a continuous stream. The process has high demand as it offers various benefits such as uniformity, reproducibility, and low operating cost among others. In addition, the emulsion process can be integrated into downstream processing which further increases its acceptability across various applications.


Emulsions are widely used in personal care products such as hair conditioners.
