Liquid:


Liquid is a colorless and flammable organic compound, which is produced on a large scale from silica sand. It has the formula (SiO2)2. The liquid form of silicon tetrafluoride can be used as an etching gas in semiconductor manufacturing facilities and for cleaning purposes in electronics plants.
