B-Methylnaphthalen:
B-Methylnaphthalen is an organic compound that is classified as naphthoquinone. It has a strong smell of gasoline and when heated, gives off toxic fumes. B-Methylnaphthalen can be prepared by the chemical reaction between nitrobenzene and dimethylnaphthalene in the presence of calcium carbonate or barium carbonate as catalysts.
