Sectional Valves:


A sectional valve is a type of control valve that has two valves, normally closed at both ends and opens to allow flow in only one direction. It is used for controlling the flow rate in low-pressure systems. The device can be opened and closed by using diaphragms or spool valves, which are operated by a handle or foot lever. They are mainly used for controlling gas or liquid flows but also find application in steam generation and air conditioning among others.
