Product Definition:
A mobile incinerator is a self-contained, truck-mounted incinerator that can be transported to various locations for burning refuse. Mobile incinerators are used to reduce the volume of solid waste and minimize the environmental impact of waste disposal.
Wet Washing Technology:
Wet washing technology is a process of cleaning wherein soaps, detergents and surfactants are used in large quantities for the purpose of scouring or wetting down the solid waste. The solid waste is first broken down into smaller pieces by means of grinding or pulverization. The washed solid waste is then treated through an incinerator to obtain energy from it.
Dry Washing Technology:
Dry washing technology is used in the mobile incinerator market to remove paint, rust & corrosion from metal parts and also to clean plastic components. The by-product of this process known as flue gas desulfurization (FGD) reduces the amount of sulfur oxide emission which further reduces air pollution. This technology has been gaining importance owing to stringent environmental regulations laid down by various agencies such as U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), European Environment Agency (EEA), etc.
