A motor caravan is a type of self-propelled recreational vehicle. It is a motor home with collapsible sides and roof, providing more living space when the vehicle is in use.


Class A:


Class A is the highest form of recreational vehicle and it's also known as motorhome. It has sleeping space for up to 8 people in 1 bedroom, 2 or 3 bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a kitchen and living room. Class B:


Class B motor caravans are the most popular type of caravans in Australia. They have two axles and four wheels, with a permanent chassis and living quarters at the front. The Class B motor caravan has one toilet, kitchenette or cooking area, small lounge room with two beds or three sleepers (known as a triple bed), one bedroom with either single bed or bunks (known as a single bed), and an internal laundry.
