It is a type of organic compound that has C-C double bond on the carbon chain. The chemical formula for n-undecane is C10H22, and its physical form is usually a white waxy solid. It also exists in colorless liquid form, which has a very strong odor similar to gasoline. The compound also exists in an oil soluble (0% water) and insoluble (100% water) forms.
