Pentane Mixture:
Pentane mixture is a colorless liquid with an odor similar to gasoline. Pentane mixtures are used as a major component in the production of plastics and as feedstock for manufacturing paints, coatings, adhesives & sealants and printing inks. Pentane is also used extensively in the pharmaceutical industry where it is utilized for extracting essential oils from plants such as lemongrass, rosemary, eucalyptus among others.
