Thermosetting:


Thermosetting is a type of resin that contains cross-linking agents and is heated to a very high temperature (above 200OC) for several hours. The mixture then cools down and sets into an uncross-linked polymer. Thermosetting resins are used in the production of composites, which are extensively used in industries such as automotive & aerospace, construction, electrical & electronics and marine among others.
