The working principle of semi automaticcrimping machine is based on forming an airtight seal between two conductors by pressing them together with a metal stake.
Automatic Crimping Machine:
An automatic crimping machine is used in the production of Offset Butterfly Valve (O-BTV). It is a device that produces and inserts metal coils into the female portion of an O-BTV. The process involves two major operations, namely, filling and seating. In filling operation, metal coil is placed in a plastic bag which contains an O-BTV along with some liquid adhesive.
