Small Molecule Evaporation Machine:
Small molecule evaporator is used in the production of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). It is a device that uses heat and small molecules to produce large amounts of vapor. Small molecules can be gases or liquids, which are easily lost from the system. The machine consists of four major components namely heating block, condenser, evaporation tower and evacuation tube. Evaporation tower has different levels for receiving liquid or solid feedstock such as wafers.
