An OR controller is a logic gate that allows two or more input signals to pass through only when one or more of the input signals are high. The output signal is high when at least one of the input signals is high. OR controllers are used in digital circuits to create logic gates, memories, and other complex structures.

N-channel is a type of MOSFET transistor used in OR controllers. It has three terminals; source, drain and gate. The gate terminal is connected to the input or output of an electrical circuit while the source and drain terminals are connected to power supply lines.
P-channel:
P-channel is a type of MOSFET transistor used in OR controllers. It has two P-type regions and one N-type region between its source and drain terminals. The channel length is shorter than the average gate length, which allows it to have higher switching speed as well as better subthreshold performance compared to conventional devices.
