Iron Powder Reduction Method:
Iron powder reduction method is used to remove moisture from iron powder, which reduces the content of water in final product. It is a standard process to produce P-Amino phenol by using ferric chloride and sodium carbonate as reducing agents. The reaction takes place at pH 4-5 environment with temperature around 120°C under mild condition.
