A Pea Starch Concentrate (PSC) is a food additive that is made from pea starch. It is used to thicken and stabilize foods, and to improve their texture. PSC can also be used as a fat replacement in foods.

Food grade starch is a white powder, which is obtained from the cooking of food. It has high viscosity and purity hence it can be used in various food products as an additive or replacement for plain flour. Food grade starch is gluten-free and thus widely preferred by people suffering from celiac disease, diabetes, and obesity. Industry Grade:


Industry grade is a high purity form of pea starch. It has been purified to remove all other ingredients, apart from starch. Industry grade can be used in various food applications such as bakery products, confectionery & chocolate coatings and dairy products like ice-creams and yogurts.
