Low viscosity polyanionic cellulose is a water-soluble anionic cellulose ether with low viscosity. It has several applications in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and others. Regular Viscosity Polyanionic Cellulose:


Regular viscosity polyanionic cellulose is a viscoelastic material with high thermal stability and excellent water binding properties. It is manufactured by the condensation of an aqueous solution of cellulose and an alkaline catalyst at pH 11.0-12.5 in the presence of heat, pressure, and elevated temperature for a sufficient period to allow crystallization of Cellulose Nanocrystal (CNC).
