It can be manufactured by two methods which are direct oxidation of ethylene.


Industrial Grade Propylene Tetramer:


Industrial grade propylene tetramer is a colorless liquid with a mild odor. It is insoluble in water and has a slight fruity smell. Industrial grade propylene tetramer can be used as an intermediate, feedstock or additive for the production of various chemicals such as ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, acrylics and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR).
