Dry Refractory Spraying Machine is a device used for applying dry powder coatings to the surface of metal or concrete. It uses air as a propellant and has no liquid coating in it. The product is applied by using high pressure air which contains very fine solid particles that are coated with paint, hence the product does not wet the surface and there is no need for water during application.
Wet Refractory Spraying Machine:
The wet refractory spraying machine is used in the production of high-quality dry and free from water content refractories. The product is manufactured using a combination of calcium carbonate, graphite, and limestone with some additives including boron, sulfuric acid, sodium sulfide etc. It can be used for both thermal as well as chemical spray drying processes.
