Multi-layer rigid-flex circuit is a new type of printed circuit board (PCB) which consists of more than one PCB laminates. The main function of multi-layer rigid-flex circuit is to protect the sensitive components and wires from mechanical or thermal stress in normal operation as well as during transportation and storage.
