Capacitive Initiator:
The capacitive initiator is a device that generates an electric field to initiate the start of a rocket motor. The working principle of the device is based on the change in capacitance when an electric current is passed through it.
As soon as electricity flows through this coil, its internal parts generate a magnetic field which attracts all nearby charged particles to come and join in the fun (the ionization).
