Purity >99% is a special type of impure rubidium. It has the same chemical properties as pure rubidium, but its ionic strength is higher than 99%. Purity >99% can be produced by evaporating and condensing the liquid with dry ice. The purity of this product can reach 99.999%. However, it costs more than 100% pure rubidium (as it contains other elements to make up for losses during purification).
