Middle Range Sonar Systems:


Middle range sonar systems are used in ship sonar systems to detect and track nearby vessels. They are also used for detecting objects under the water surface. The middle range sound waves travel in both horizontal and vertical directions with a frequency of 20-15,000 cycles per second.
