PID controller is used for stabilizing the output of an industrial process such as heating, cooling or production processes in manufacturing facilities. The term “process” is broadly applied to any sequence of operations that can be automated using feedback control techniques.
Application Insights:
Single-loop controllers are used in a wide range of industries and applications including power plants, oil refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical plants, iron and steel plants as well as other industrial facilities.
