240V:
The 240V is a type of voltage that is used in power transformers to step up or step down the voltage levels. The transformer has two main windings, which are connected by a secondary winding having the same number of turns as the primary side (240) windings. It can be represented by “X” shape where X representsPrimary and Y representsSecondary. In single-phase transformer, there are only two wires; they represent both phases (1 & 3).
