Sodium hyposulfite (Na2S2O4) is a white crystalline solid that is used as an antioxidant, a reducing agent, and a bleaching agent. It is also used to make sulfites.
Sodium Thiosulphate Anhydrous:
Sodium thiosulphate anhydrous is a white crystalline compound and is soluble in water, ethanol, ether and diethyl ether. It has a molecular weight of 128.07 and pKa of 7.5 for the reaction with sodium hyposulfite (NaHS).
Sodium Thiosulphate Crystals:
Sodium thiosulphate is a crystalline compound and has a molecular weight of 128.45. It is soluble in water, ethanol, ethyl ether, acetone and other organic liquids. The product has an odor similar to that of sulfur when it is exposed to air; this odor can be removed by evaporating the solution or by vacuum drying the solution at normal temperature and pressure conditions.
