Crystallizing Sorbitol:
Crystallizing or high purity sorbitol is a type of sugar alcohol. It has the ability to crystallize in light yellow, monoclinic needles and has a sweet taste. Crystallizing Sorbitol can also be produced by mechanical as well as chemical methods. Crystallizing Sorbitol is commercially available in different grades depending upon the degree of purity desired ranging from 30% to 70%.
