Sulphur Hexafluoride (SF6) is a compound of Sulphur, Fluorine and Oxygen. It is a colourless, odourless gas with a density of 6.066 kg/m3. It has a melting point of -63 degrees Celsius and boiling point of 44 degrees Celsius.


Technical Grade:


Technical grade is a product of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) and it's used in the production of electronic components, semiconductors, printed circuit boards (PCB), wire & cable insulation and other electrical equipment. SF6 gas has no color & odor therefore it’s also known as clean gas.


Electronic Grade & High-Purity:


Electronic grade & high-purity is used in the production of SF6 gas. Electronic grade & high-purity is a pure form of silicon wafer, which has uniform thickness and no visible defects. It’s purity level as per IPC (International Pure and Chemical) standards, ensures that it contains less than 1% impurities like iron, oxygen or other metals along with no added chemicals or contaminants.
