Regular superphosphate is a salt formed by mixing phosphoric acid and regular table salt. It has the same chemical properties as phosphoric acid, such as high strength and heat resistance. Triple Superphosphate:
Triple superphosphate (TSP) is a form of orthophosphoric acid. It consists of three phosphates and the molecule has six phosphorus atoms. The chemical formula for TSP is (HPO4)3PO5. It usually appears in white powder form, but sometimes it can be found in green powder as well.
Application Insights:
The others application segment accounted for the largest revenue share of over 30% in 2017. The product is widely used as a fertilizer in orchards, gardens and fields across the globe owing to its high nitrogen, sulfur and phosphate content. It helps increase soil fertility by providing various essential nutrients including phosphorous, nitrogen and sulfur which are required to form plant proteins & chlorophylls.
