DC 12V motor is used in power window of SUV and car. It's a standard DC motor with no speed control, but it can be operated at very high speed (above 7500 rpm) by using gear reduction system. The main reason for its usage is that they are easy to install and have low cost compared to AC motors which makes them suitable for mass produced products such as electric cars.


DC 24V Motor:


DC 24V motor is used in power window of SUV. It's a small sized motor which provides the required torque needed to operate the mechanism. The DC 24V motor has two wires connected to it, one black and one red. Black wire is connected with +ve terminal of battery and red wire is attached with -ve terminal of battery.
