Synthetic silica glass is a synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide material made by chemical vapor deposition. It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and high resistance to thermal shock, making it useful for windows in high-temperature environments.

High Purity Synthetic Silica Glass is also known as HP-23 or Fused Silica. It has a purity level of 99.5%. The product was developed by the American glass blower's union in response to the request for high quality frits that could be used in glass melting process.
HP-23 is manufactured using special materials and processes which result into its superior properties such as low thermal expansion, high chemical resistance, low density.
Ordinary Synthetic Silica Glass Product:
Ordinary synthetic silica glass is a type of speciality glass that contains higher percentage of silicon than normal soda ash based glasses. It has optical properties such as superior clarity, high transmission, and refractive index. The product is manufactured by the addition of alkali metals or sodium carbonate to silica sand which in turn increases the melting point and lowers the viscosity making it suitable for use in manufacturing lenses.

SSG provides better adhesion compared to SISG on substrates thus reducing risks associated with surface defects during bonding processes that are crucial for semiconductor production lines worldwide.
