Therefore, antioxidants are used in textile stabilizers to inhibit or delay the oxidation process which leads to longer life of color and fabric.
Sequestering Agents:
Sequestering agents are chemicals that prevent the migration of liquid in textile. It is majorly used for stabilizing emulsion and colloidal systems. Sequestering agents can be natural or synthetic, but they should have a high water solubility ratio (0.1-2) to be effective in textile applications.
