Direct heating uht system is used for the sterilization of milk and dairy products. It uses a process where the product to be heated is placed in a container which has been pre-heated by means of an external source of heat. Indirect Heating UHT System:


An indirect heating system is a type of thermal process used to sterilize milk and dairy products. It uses hot water from the boiler instead of direct heat, which helps in increasing the shelf life of processed food. In this system, there is no need for costly temperature-controlled storage equipment as the product is pasteurized by being exposed to steam that has been pre-heated by the boiler.
