1-6MT:


1-6MT is a type of Vacuum CAP (Carbonitride or Nitrided) Furnace used for steel melting. It has advantages over the traditional methods such as saving energy, time and cost. The process takes less time to reach the temperature required for melting metal, it uses less fuelwood and there is no longer a need to dispose of waste heat by baking the furnace which results in lower carbon emissions into the atmosphere.


6-20MT:


6-20MT is a methylated seed oil that has been used in the manufacturing of vacuum capping furnaces. It helps to control and monitor temperature, gas emissions & humidity levels in the furnace during the production process. The product also provides protection from fire hazards as well as it helps to improve energy efficiency of equipment by reducing heat loss due to its high smoke point property.
